Goya Toledo did not have any doubt after reading the script of ‘La Sala’. The new HBO series drew the role of Judge Lola Solozábal for her, one of the protagonists of the new series of the platform that is already available online.

It was precisely on a plane to Lanzarote where he decided that he did embody this role. The actress told in the presentation of the pilot chapter that since that plane landed she called her agent directly to continue with the project.

The television series was filmed entirely in the Canary Islands with a local production company. The rest of the squad is completed by the Gran Canaria Sofia Marrero, Natalia Rodriguez and the actors Francesc Garrido and Raúl Prieto, who embodies the other main characters.

The creators have assembled a product that “in an artisanal way” mixes jumps in time, intense plots, unexpected turns spiced up by prostitution, corruption and unknowns. The television series can already be seen on the HBO online platform and from June onwards it will be able to be seen on Forta’s televisions, including Radio Televisión Canaria.
