The Kraken Fest colors Arrecife vividly

The evening and the night of Saturday in Arrecife was marked by the interesting proposal carried out by the cultural association Parto Cerebral that managed to give color and life to the capital of Lanzarote.
The first edition of the Kraken Fest fulfilled all the expectations by summoning in the plaza of the Socio-cultural Center of La Vega a few hundred people who decided to come and enjoy the programmed musical performances at the same time that they could observe, enjoy and buy the work of many of the capable local artists.
The singing voices were brought on stage by the bands Distortion, Africa Yeah, Rumboctopus and the duo formed by the LePop sisters, El Pañuelo es un Mundo. The audience, in a spectrum that ranged from children to seniors, enjoyed the various musical sets while in the booths there was a hunger to learn about the contemporary art performed in Lanzarote.
Works by Adriana Sandec, Cristina Temprano, Víctor GM, Juan Muñoz, Sara GDM, from many of the friends and members of the Ars Magna and Parto Cerebral cultural associations, from the members of the Gatra Collective group and from many other artists, were exposed during all day.
The event also gave space for environmental awareness thanks to the explanation of the Recoopera project. An act that put in value the art made in Lanzarote and that showed, thanks to the great attendance of the public, the need for more places and moments of encounter for Lanzarote creators.
