The Island Christmas festival will fill all corners of the island with music

The Cabildo of Lanzarote and the seven city councils of the island organize for the third consecutive year the music festival ‘Christmas Isleña’. This is a meeting in which Christmas songs, Christmas carols, music and traditional dance monopolize all the prominence.

In total there will be 41 groups that participate in this meeting: Folk groups, Easter ranches, parrandas, corals and a classical orchestra complete the cast of groups that take part in the meeting, and that will be distributed on different dates and in different places to over the next few weeks.

The concerts began last December 3 and will run until January 4, when a performance of the Janubio Parranda in Haría closed this third edition of Christmas Isleña.
