The seven Canarian Cabildos have committed to assume the costs of the assembly in each of the islands of the exhibition project ‘100 years: Lanzarote and César’, promoted by the first Island Corporation of Lanzarote through the Culture Area and the CACT on the occasion of the celebration this year of the centenary of the birth of César Manrique.

The agreement was adopted during the session of the Canary Island Federation that takes place every year in Madrid on the occasion of the celebration of the International Tourism Fair (FITUR), developed in the Institutional Relations Office of the Government of the Canary Islands in Madrid.

The itinerancy of the project throughout the archipelago will bring the figure of César Manrique and the evolution of Lanzarote in the last century to all canaries. Before starting to shoot for other islands, in Lanzarote it will be exhibited in several points of the different municipalities.
