Saborea Lanzarote organizes a training session on olive and oil

The Cabildo of Lanzarote, through the areas of Economic Promotion and Agriculture, organizes a ‘Training Days Savor Lanzarote: the olive and olive oil’ to be held from January 17 to 19 next in the Integrated Training Center Professional Zonzamas de Arrecife, who collaborates in his organization as well as the Lanzarote Cocina collective.

Imparted by the agricultural technical engineers and international olive and oil mill consultants, Manuel Chaves Ballester and José Andrés Moreno, as well as the member of the Lanzarote Cocina group and executive of the La Cascada Group, Germán Blanco, will aim to provide fundamental knowledge to manage a olive plantation, its industrial process and its application in the market through gastronomy.

With a quota of 30 people, registrations are made through this link. Interested persons can also register in the dependencies of the Agricultural Experimental Farm of the Cabildo of Lanzarote (Tahíche-San Bartolomé road, km 1).
