Manrique, Dalí, Picasso and other ‘Faces’ in the exhibition of Adolfo Areizaga

The Basque artist living in Lanzarote, Adolfo Areizaga, exhibits from the Casa Benito Pérez Armas de Yaiza the exhibition ‘Faces’ that can be visited until next July 31.

The sample consists of some thirty works made between 2018 and 2019, with mixed media on canvas, wood and other recycled elements, which can be seen from children’s characters to classics such as ‘La Gioconda’.

The work of greater format of the exhibition, especially llamatavida for visitors, is the titled ‘Genios’: a colorful lienzao of 2×1 meters made expressly to be exhibited in this exhibition. In it, César Manrique is honored on the occasion of the centenary of his birth putting him next to Dalí and Picasso.

The exhibition will remain at Casa Benito Pérez Armas de Yaiza until July 31st and can be visited from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
