Besay Pérez will represent his recital ‘Intimate’ in the Convent of Santo Domingo
On Friday, October 25 at 9:00 p.m., one of the main voices of Los Sabandeños, will perform with the pianist Satomi Morimoto in the Santo Domingo Convent of the Villa de Teguise. The singer, born in 1992, is recognized as one of the main solo voices of the emblematic group Los Sabandeños.
With only 8 years, he began as a soloist in the lyric genre of rondalla, getting in the last decade seven awards in the section for the best soloist and various awards.
It highlights his career in the folkloric field, having been a member of groups such as Los Majuelos, participating in recent years in the most prestigious regional and national folk festivals as a guest soloist. Since 2013, he has trained academically with singers such as Encarna Santana, Candelaria González, Manuel Garrido or María Orán, among others.
He has performed numerous concerts throughout the Spanish and international geography, participating in solo meetings, cultural projects or as a guest soloist with different symphonic formations.
Warm, intense, emotional are the three words that define Intimate, the concert that brings on October 25 to the Santo Domingo Convent of Villa de Teguise, under the supervision of Paco Chinea and accompanied by the pianist Satomi Morimoto and containing, among others, topics such as Júrame, Tell me yes, Marta, Poppy, Non ti scordar di me, Can not be, Alfonsina and the sea, Granada, Or only mine, Nessum Dorma, Folías and Tenerife.
