Arrecife dawns flooded with books

Arrecife has awakened on the morning of this April 23 decorated in several of its nerve centers with books stacked with posters that invite you to grab them and enjoy the worlds and stories they propose.

An initiative that seeks to foster love for books among the inhabitants of the capital of Lanzarote in the celebration of this 2019 Book Day.

Dress the city with readings

A total of 300 books were located in different places of Arrecife during the early hours of today in a joint initiative promoted by the writer Mayte Pozo, but with the support of several bookstores of the island (El Puente, Diama), booksellers of particular form as Jordi Trias, other authors such as the illustrator and collaborator of Cooltura Iñigo Franco (Ifrabe), students, publishers and lovers of reading as the physitherapist Aitor Hernández.

Without a doubt, an activity that reflects the love of reading by its promoters and that will help to talk more about reading and to read more on this Book Day.
