 In Music, News

This Friday, April 19 La Grulla, will receive the first incursion of Gatra Collective outside the centers dedicated exclusively to art. The collective will offer a proposal of hip-hop with live production (beatmaking) at the same time that it will be combined with visual projection in whose chromatic range will dominate red, brown, black and white. Each of the projections will illustrate the song that is playing at that moment. It is a concert that will mix the most urban consciousness with the power of video dj.

The people in charge of the voices will be Crude.B and Pav.l, who together also form Room Zero. Chiconeura will be the one in charge of the visual spectacle. It will also include the production and rhymes of Rudo a.k.a. Chucho Prod. The rest of the project is made up of Percxs (visual and billboard editor), bbbaifo (concept artist) and Dario Machin (scenography and style). In addition, guests to the stage will be Marius, pianist from Negro and Pedro Brito (Mc).

As a culmination, and also invited by the collective, after the session of Gatra, Black Pleura stage (Alberto and Felix) belonging to Parto Cerebral, who will bring another approach to the world of electronics through noise.

This is one of the projects in which Gatra Collective have been immersed for some time. The idea is simple: to bring to the live the musical work developed by some of the members of the group that fundamentally focuses on hip hop. What the audience will find is almost a catalog of the music that starts from Gatra Collective.

The theme of the event is defined as “dark and with criticism of religion”, since it coincides with Good Friday, but they affirm that “from the good vibes”.

On the 22nd they will perform the same show, in a more simplified way, at the Pancho Lasso School of Art where they will present another new project of the collective: ‘The box of Clara Heredia’, a tour in six chapters that will revolve around the meaning of the performing arts.
